Our school community has worked together to establish simple, clear and explicit expectations for behaviour. Student behaviour improves when students know what is expected of them and when good behaviour is recognised. Our students are explicitly taught the behaviours they need for success at school and beyond.
Our school takes a proactive, preventative approach, ensuring that all students receive the appropriate level of support to help them to succeed. Our PBL team constantly works to ensure that all students benefit and identified students receive additional support when needed.

Prep to Year 6
Success Tickets is a rewards system in our Primary Sector. Students are awarded Success Tickets for positive behaviours and can collect and exchange the tickets for prizes.
Years 7-9
Bentley Bucks are a positive reward which uses a College monetary system distributed by staff.
Students can receive $1, $5, $10 or $20 Bentley Bucks which they can use at the College to purchase items from the Bentley Bucks shop such as stationery items, sporting equipment, canteen vouchers, speakers and headphones.
Each term the College provides a sausage sizzle BBQ where students can exchange their Bentley Bucks for a free lunch.
Years 10-12
College Crusader Cash is the positive rewards system for Senior Secondary to engage in. Students can be issued with Crusader Cash for demonstrating one of the five Bentley rules: Be a learner, Be respectful, Be responsible for your behaviour, and Be in the right place at the right time. With the Crusader Cash students can access extra print credit, tuckshop vouchers, end of term rewards activities, Bentley BBQs and raffle draws.
